With 33 years of multi-sector and multi-function experience, Yemi is the Chief Talent Officer at YF Talent Partners, an HR, culture, and leadership advisory firm. He works with clients to drive the talent and business transformation agenda, focusing on end-to-end people management, culture, and leadership initiatives to meet the demands of the Now of Work.

He is also a Board Advisor, a Non-Executive Director, a Leadership, Culture and HR Consultant, and a Great Workplaces Advocate. He leads unusual, mind-shifting conversations that challenge the status quo and inspire change.

He has received multiple global recognitions for his impact and influence in the HR and leadership space. The latest being the LinkedIn Top Leadership Development Voice Badge in April, 2024.

He is passionate about lighting candles behind, so others can easily find their paths to success. He is the founder of The YF Network and The YF Academy, platforms which provide personal, leadership, and business development mentoring and opportunities for professionals and entrepreneurs across the world.
